About the role

  • You analyze and assess local and regional security-related situations, incidents, developments and matters affecting sites, employees and business units within the Europe region.
  • In addition, you independently plan and carry out information gathering and analysis and derive regional security situation reports/intelligence products.
  • You make a tangible contribution to the (further) development of intelligence digitalization approaches, IT systems, tools and methods in close collaboration with central and global analyst teams.
  • As a Country Champion, you are the primary point of contact and advisor on all corporate security matters.
  • You also enable and advise local security functions in implementing corporate security requirements.
  • Additionally, you exchange information with international security functions on corporate security topics, threats, risks, incident learnings and best practices, and build and expand a network of security contacts and authorities.

Requirements

  • Degree in security management, criminology, security policy or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of professional experience in site, corporate and group security.
  • Preferably subject-specific experience in intelligence.
  • A background with public authorities such as the military, domestic intelligence, police or fire service is an advantage.
  • Solid, broad foundational understanding of site and corporate security.
  • Good skills in analyzing and assessing security topics and threats, with experience handling open source data, databases and analytical tools.
  • Very good German and English skills with strong communication abilities.
