About the role

  • You will support our group-wide Procurement team for Marketing Communications.
  • You will gain comprehensive insight into the end-to-end procurement process for services.
  • You will contribute to demand planning in close collaboration with our internal stakeholders.
  • You will assist in drafting service specifications and selecting suitable suppliers.
  • You will help coordinate the alignment of contractual and legal terms in partnership agreements.
  • You will support tender processes, negotiations, and bid comparisons.
  • You will participate in the development of AI-powered tools.
  • You will help design our internal website in a creative, informative, and audience-oriented way.

Requirements

  • Degree studies in Business Administration with a focus on Procurement, Marketing, Communications, Law, or a related field.
  • Enrollment in the latter half of your Bachelor's program, in a diploma program, or already in a Master's program.
  • Initial practical experience through internships, vocational training, or relevant part-time jobs.
  • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and empathy.
  • A knack for digital topics and the motivation to quickly learn new technological developments.
  • German at native level and English at least very good.
