About the role

  • You will support the creation of a generic development plan in accordance with ISO 26262 and specific project requirements for high-voltage energy storage.
  • You will assist with translating the development plan into a planning tool, including automatic ticket generation to control work steps and development artifacts/files.
  • You will help create and maintain requirements in the requirements management tool Codebeamer.
  • You will contribute to coordinating collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with functional safety requirements.
  • You will participate in process documentation and the continuous improvement of workflows, for example through the use of AI-supported automation in the area of functional safety.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of ISO 26262 and an interest in functional safety.
  • Experience with project management and requirements management tools (e.g., Codebeamer) is an advantage.
  • Structured, careful and proactive working style.
  • Good communication skills and a strong team spirit.
  • Good German and English language skills.
