About the role
- Manage and input all payroll and benefits transactions across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly cycles.
- Validate payroll output, ensuring every step is completed accurately before payroll sign‑off.
- Ensure full compliance with tax, social security, and BMW Group guidelines.
- Keep payroll systems fully updated, ensuring that changes are requested, tested, and implemented correctly.
- Support the administration of benefits: Pension Plan, Savings Fund, Meal Vouchers, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, part‑time arrangements, maternity leave, advance payments, and more.
- Manage Time Management topics, resolve queries, and test new work schedule configurations.
- Handle employee inquiries and escalations through designated mailboxes with exceptional service.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of SAP HR experience
- 2+ years of Mexican payroll experience
- Payroll certification (CIPP or equivalent) ideal.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High attention to detail and precision
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working cross‑functionally and/or internationally.
- Advanced English level.
