About the role

  • You will support our team in project management for vehicle projects.
  • You will assist in coordinating regular meetings and workshops, including their preparation and follow-up.
  • You will contribute to communication within the global production network.
  • You will gain valuable insights into our vehicle projects and product lines.
  • You will prepare committee meetings and the associated presentations.
  • You will also support the development of new tools and processes and maintain the knowledge database.
  • Finally, you will identify optimization opportunities and contribute to continuous process improvement as well as the organization and design of our training series.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in (business) informatics, (industrial) engineering, mechanical engineering, business administration, or a comparable field of study.
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Openness and enthusiasm for teamwork.
  • Affinity for automobiles and technology.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
