About the role

  • Support in business development for service and maintenance products.
  • Optimization of the customer journey and strengthening of customer loyalty.
  • Participation in international projects across BMW and MINI dealer organizations.
  • Data analysis in the context of Service 5+ and Service Inclusive.
  • Identification and analysis of data to further develop control metrics.
  • Preparation of presentations for internal and external communication.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Strong analytical skills, meticulous working style, and a broad understanding of data-related tasks and analyses; project management experience is a plus.
  • Proficient user of Office 365 products.
  • Business-fluent German or English, spoken and written.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Motivation, confident presence, and initiative.
