About the role

  • You support the operational facilitation of agile processes.
  • You assist in implementing agile methods and principles within project teams.
  • You help promote communication and collaboration between interdisciplinary teams.
  • You support the organization and execution of workshops, meetings, and retrospectives.
  • You contribute to the continuous improvement of agile working methods and processes.
  • You assist in designing and developing project communications.
  • You liaise with stakeholders and business partners.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Communication Sciences, or a related field.
  • Solid knowledge of agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience in applying them.
  • Experience with digital tools for agile collaboration, e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, is an advantage.
  • Structured, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to provide proactive support.
  • Good German and English skills.
