About the role
- You support the operational facilitation of agile processes.
- You assist in implementing agile methods and principles within project teams.
- You help promote communication and collaboration between interdisciplinary teams.
- You support the organization and execution of workshops, meetings, and retrospectives.
- You contribute to the continuous improvement of agile working methods and processes.
- You assist in designing and developing project communications.
- You liaise with stakeholders and business partners.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Communication Sciences, or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and practical experience in applying them.
- Experience with digital tools for agile collaboration, e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, is an advantage.
- Structured, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to provide proactive support.
- Good German and English skills.
