About the role

  • You will support the planning and execution of international events such as the Product and Brand Experience — from concept development through organization to follow-up, both offline and online.
  • You will coordinate with various internal stakeholders across the BMW Group, e.g., brand communications and product management.
  • You will contribute to coordinating agencies and service providers and support vehicle handling.
  • You will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and help create positive customer experiences together with the team.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in Event Management, Business Administration, Economics, ideally with a focus on Sales and Marketing, or a comparable degree program.
  • In the second half of a Diploma/Bachelor’s program or enrolled in a Master’s program.
  • Initial practical experience in marketing or event management desirable.
  • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel, and excellent PowerPoint skills.
  • Team and communication skills and a willingness to support tasks proactively.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Class B driving licence (car).
  • Good German and English language skills.
