About the role

  • Gain insight into the diverse tasks of internal and external communications at an international automotive manufacturer and contribute to communications work at the plant.
  • As an editor, you will also support our internal and external communication channels (e.g., employee app, Instagram, website, information kiosks), write texts, take photographs, and assist in the creation and editing of videos.
  • In addition, you will accompany and support our team in the conception, editorial work, organization, and implementation of various communication projects.
  • You will contribute to collaboration with service providers, the creation and editing of texts, photos and video content for all channels, support video and photo productions, and coordinate with specialist departments.
  • Supporting the conception and execution of events, conducting research, and handling coordination and documentation tasks complete your exciting range of responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Currently studying Communications, Media Studies, Media Production, Media Design, Business Administration (with a focus on Marketing), or a comparable degree program.
  • Initial experience and an affinity for online media and social media.
  • Proficient with common MS Office applications.
  • High level of initiative, sense of responsibility, flexibility, and creativity in task execution.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Experience with photo and video editing (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) is an advantage.
  • Very good German and English skills.
