About the role
- You will support our communications team in planning and executing internal and external projects.
- You will contribute to the development of attractiveness factors in connection with communication strategies, concepts and measures.
- You will assist in the design and preparation of communication activities and materials, and in the delivery of events.
- You will also participate in digitalization topics, for example by creating concepts and models and performing administrative tasks.
- Contributing to and optimizing day-to-day operational activities will complete your range of tasks.
- You will work independently on assigned tasks and receive regular feedback from your contact person.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in (industrial) engineering, computer science, communications (preferably with a technical background) or a comparable course of study.
- Creativity, resourcefulness and enjoyment of providing precise support within a team and during project implementation.
- Initial experience in digitalization or software development; knowledge of VBA is an advantage.
- Confident user of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and MS SharePoint Online.
- Business-fluent German.
