About the role
- Communicates to management any changes or issues that may impact department or company performance and collaborates with management to achieve resolution.
- Ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and product quality utilizing VPS methodology.
- Proactively addressing and resolving supplier quality issues that could negatively impact our products.
- Make tactical decisions for urgent issues and support teams in problem-solving and prevention.
- Strategically anticipate change and drive initiatives to meet department goals and maintain continuous improvement across all measurable metrics.
- Communicate effectively with management about any potential impacts to department or company performance, collaborating to find solutions.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Engineering degree (preferably Industrial or Mechanical).
- Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in Major)
- Have enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
- Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
- MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
- THE WORK TERM DATES ARE May 18th – August 7th, 2026.
- Must be an enrolled student during all three rotations.
