About the role

  • You will support us operationally, strategically and analytically in the areas mentioned.
  • You will contribute to developing scenarios to optimize our procurement processes — process-related, analytical and digital.
  • You will assist with demand structuring and supplier pre-selection.
  • You will support the preparation of negotiations and contract drafting.
  • You will communicate with central internal departments and external suppliers.
  • You will also support operational buyers in their daily tasks.
  • Additionally, you will drive digitalization and automation in support processes such as certificate and catalog management.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in engineering, business administration or a comparable degree program.
  • Some practical experience in a corporate/business environment is desirable.
  • Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and, ideally, initial experience with AI or process mining.
  • Business-fluent German and English skills.
