About the role
- You will support the planning, organization and execution of trade shows and events in close collaboration with various departments such as Sales, Product Management and Communications.
- You will also contribute to developing trade show concepts, including booth design, visitor engagement and communication strategies.
- In addition, you will help coordinate trade show appearances, including booth setup, logistics and preparation of materials.
- You will support the creation of communication materials such as social media content, newsletters and presentations.
- You will assist in working with external service providers.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or a related field.
- Interest in marketing, events, concept development and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Creativity, team spirit and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a structured, proactive way and provide support independently.
- Confident user of MS Office; social media experience is an advantage.
- Fluent German (business level) and good English skills, both written and spoken.
