About the role

  • You will support the development of an LLM pipeline to identify, classify, and extract attributes from component descriptions.
  • You will also contribute to preparing a dataset for evaluating the LLM pipeline.
  • Furthermore, you will participate in designing and developing AI agents and experiments to compare them with a predefined LLM pipeline.
  • Additionally, you will assist with integrating web and API sources for data enrichment and ensure normalization and traceability of the results.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Programming skills (preferably Python) and basic software engineering knowledge.
  • Experience building LLM pipelines (prompting, RAG — Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and evaluation).
  • Experience with AI agent frameworks (orchestration, tool use, APIs).
  • Structured approach and enthusiasm for applied research.
  • Good German and English skills.
