About the role
- You will assist in preparing and executing events for visits by national and international political delegations and other relevant stakeholders.
- You will also support the team in day-to-day operations and assist with organizational and administrative tasks.
- In addition, through projects and events you will become acquainted with various target groups, issues, and processes both within and outside the company.
- Furthermore, close collaboration with different departments will give you insight into the communications of a leading automotive group.
Requirements
- Advanced enrolment in a degree program in communications, cultural studies, event management, or a comparable field, preferably with an international focus.
- Initial practical experience in project or event management is an advantage.
- Understanding of organizational hierarchies, professional conduct, and intercultural competence.
- Enjoy working as part of a team with international cross‑functional partners.
- Quick comprehension of political and complex subject matter.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
