About the role

  • The sales model for BMW and MINI is being converted to an agency model.
  • This will result in significant procedural and organizational changes, both within our own organization and across the dealer network.
  • A key focus will be ensuring that people are brought on board and engaged throughout the change.
  • In this context, new concepts, processes and systems will be rolled out in the Swiss market.
  • This includes vehicle configuration as well as quotation and contract creation.
  • Furthermore, new approaches will be introduced for setting transaction prices, volume planning and inventory management.
  • As a TNR Project Manager, you will, together with the TNR Project Lead, be responsible for coordinating all TNR project scopes.
  • Challenging project management tasks across processes, tools, testing, training, rollout and change management.
  • Coordination of all testing and rollout activities in alignment with local and central teams.
  • Coordination of all sales-relevant TNR topics with all involved parties (workstream leads, project management, IT, TNR Steering Committee).
  • Support in the planning, organization, execution and follow-up of TNR events.
  • Close coordination with the project team in Munich.
  • Work with the tools Jira and Confluence.
  • TNR project budget management.
  • Participation in the Transformation Team on change management topics.
  • Driving implementation activities across the dealer network.
  • Data analysis and rollout reporting.

Requirements

  • Higher vocational education or degree in sales, business administration or project management.
  • Interest in transformation projects.
  • Relevant experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of (agile) project management and the tools Confluence and Jira.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • French language skills are a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to handle project tasks independently and with personal responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Quality awareness, an independent working style, initiative and reliability complete your profile.
