About the role
- Support the preparation and development of customer presentations.
- Participate in international business review meetings.
- Help with communication and coordination with Alphabet country subsidiaries and cooperation partners.
- Assist in maintaining customer information presentations for management.
- Contribute to preparing international customer reports, such as CO2 and fleet analyses.
- Help to collect and process market-specific data and market trends.
- Support the organization of monthly recurring tender processes.
- Assist in implementing process optimizations through digitization measures and contribute to project tasks.
Requirements
- Studies in business administration, economics, international management or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to proactively identify issues and provide effective solutions.
- Basic knowledge of leasing and sales processes is an advantage.
- Organizational skills and a structured way of working.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English (mandatory); German language skills are a plus.
