About the role
- Support the development and application of statistical models for analyzing high-voltage battery and cell data.
- Help prepare, evaluate, and interpret data with a focus on statistical methods and machine learning.
- Contribute to exploratory data analyses and hypothesis testing to identify optimization potential in battery technology.
- Assist in collaborating with experienced data scientists, statisticians, and engineers to develop innovative analytical approaches.
- Gain insight into current methods in statistics, data science, and their application in electromobility.
Requirements
- Studies in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
- Solid knowledge of statistical data analysis, machine learning (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow), and data visualization (e.g., Pandas, Seaborn).
- Experience handling large datasets and data preparation (e.g., with NumPy, AWS services).
- Basic knowledge of software development methods (e.g., version control, Scrum).
- Ideally, initial experience with predictive modeling methods and hypothesis testing.
- Team spirit and strong communication skills.
- Good English skills; German is a plus.
