About the role
- Support the development and implementation of concepts to sustainably shape the future of the MINI brand.
- Assist with analyses and preparation of recommendations for action at national and international levels.
- Communicate with global sales contacts.
- Contribute to the design of new processes and support monthly production, wholesale and retail planning for MINI together with various planning departments.
- Assist in preparing opportunity and risk analyses based on market developments, competitive activity and regulatory conditions.
- Help prepare presentation materials for board and management meetings on the current sales situation and performance.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in economics, industrial engineering, data science or a comparable field.
- Strong interest in the automotive industry, including a solid understanding of the automotive market, segments and competitors.
- Initial practical experience in sales and marketing and with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is desirable.
- Experience with ThinkCell is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (including VBA and PowerQuery) and PowerPoint.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills, and strong conceptual and analytical thinking abilities.
- Good written and spoken German and English.
