About the role

  • Support the development and implementation of concepts to sustainably shape the future of the MINI brand.
  • Assist with analyses and preparation of recommendations for action at national and international levels.
  • Communicate with global sales contacts.
  • Contribute to the design of new processes and support monthly production, wholesale and retail planning for MINI together with various planning departments.
  • Assist in preparing opportunity and risk analyses based on market developments, competitive activity and regulatory conditions.
  • Help prepare presentation materials for board and management meetings on the current sales situation and performance.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in economics, industrial engineering, data science or a comparable field.
  • Strong interest in the automotive industry, including a solid understanding of the automotive market, segments and competitors.
  • Initial practical experience in sales and marketing and with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is desirable.
  • Experience with ThinkCell is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (including VBA and PowerQuery) and PowerPoint.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills, and strong conceptual and analytical thinking abilities.
  • Good written and spoken German and English.
