About the role
- Be the finance point of contact for your market(s)
- Preparation and communication of business recommendations and reports to management
- Challenge management on business activities to maximize profitability
- Identify areas for improvement proactively
- Consolidate month-end actual results
- Analyze Cost of Retail spend versus budget/plan
- Collaborate with the wider team to plan the contribution margin
- Analyze quarterly sales campaign programs
- Ensure timely and accurate bonus payments
Requirements
- University studies (Master’s degree preferred) with a Finance major or a related subject
- Experience in the field of controlling/accounting in an international environment
- Strong analytical mindset
- Effective communicator and relationship builder
- Flexible in approach and a good team player
- Advanced level of Excel skills and knowledge of BI tools preferred
- Fluent in English
