About the role
- Manage the full lifecycle of production data, from sourcing and quality control to advanced analytics and deployment of visualization tools
- Design and build data models tailored to departmental requirements and produce detailed reports
- Ensure compliance with data quality standards
- Detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to data quality
- Define and develop Generative AI use cases
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the primary network interface for the Battery Module Production Center
- Deliver data analytics training to local staff
- Lead data analysis meetings and ensure alignment on data security
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Automation Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of production systems within the automotive industry
- Proven track record in optimization and efficiency projects
- Experience developing data pipelines and AI solutions
- Excellent communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams using a structured approach
- Business-level English
