About the role
- Increase the maturity level of our Internal Control System (ICS)
- Regularly monitor the status of control measures together with the business units
- Analyze deviations and initiate targeted corrective actions
- Conduct focused trainings to raise ICS awareness across the organization
- Utilize modern automation and AI tools to improve the efficiency and quality of control processes
Requirements
- Completed degree in business administration or equivalent qualification, preferably with a focus on risk management or banking
- Solid experience in risk management, particularly in operational risk or internal control systems
- Independent and structured working style with analytical thinking skills
- Presentation and training abilities as well as very good German and English skills
- IT affinity and excellent teamwork skills
