About the role
- Support the analysis and reporting of sales performance for BMW Group Financial Services
- Help handle ad-hoc requests and update KPI dashboards for management
- Contribute to consolidating input for HQ and market exchanges and follow up on action plans
- Assist in supporting business development projects in collaboration with the markets
- Help conduct competitive analysis and market research in the automotive finance industry
Requirements
- Currently studying business administration or a comparable field
- Motivated, proactive, a team player with strong communication skills
- Structured mindset to support complex and dynamic tasks
- Background in banking, the automotive industry, or commercial finance is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Business-fluent English and basic German skills
