About the role
- You will support your own subprojects, such as the escalation dashboard, and contribute to the master data project.
- You will assist in conducting business analyses, including KPI tracking and weekly reports.
- You will be involved in future topics such as digitalization, automation and standardization, for example in the development of automated billing/invoicing.
- You will collaborate with numerous internal and external stakeholders within and outside the BMW Group, including international partners.
- You will help prepare decision-ready presentations and management templates.
- You will support day-to-day operations, for example by communicating weekly targets to the service provider.
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics or a related field, ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Structured way of working and good organizational skills.
- Business-fluent German and English skills.
