About the role
- You will support our department and take part in projects within the quality management system of the BMW Group’s international supplier network.
- You will also assist the team in designing, creating and maintaining concepts for shaping the international quality network and gain insight into quality activities in procurement and the supplier network.
- In addition, you will contribute to the conception, planning and implementation of internal employee forums, panel discussions and workshops.
- You will support the creation and maintenance of new and existing company-wide intranet pages.
- You will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas to carry out the variety of tasks.
- You will be involved in researching topics in process management and gain experience in writing texts as well as in the visual and editorial design of media.
- Participation in communication measures and day-to-day operational tasks rounds off your varied range of duties.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communications, Quality Management, Process Management or a comparable field of study.
- Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS Teams.
- Ideally, initial practical experience with image editing software.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, also for complex tasks.
- Teamwork and communication skills.
- Confident appearance and creativity.
- Good German and English skills.
