About the role

  • You will support our team in employee support and assist with payroll processing.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee matters nationwide (Germany).
  • Administrative handling of HR matters such as parental leave, leave of absence, secondary employment, and school commute expenses.
  • Support ensuring accurate timekeeping and time accounting.
  • Support special topics such as organizing employee anniversary events.
  • Process and respond to individual inquiries on defined topics.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a law, business/economics degree—ideally with a focus on human resources—or a comparable field of study.
  • Confident user of MS Office.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
  • Enjoys providing proactive support.
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills.
