About the role
- You will support our team in employee support and assist with payroll processing.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee matters nationwide (Germany).
- Administrative handling of HR matters such as parental leave, leave of absence, secondary employment, and school commute expenses.
- Support ensuring accurate timekeeping and time accounting.
- Support special topics such as organizing employee anniversary events.
- Process and respond to individual inquiries on defined topics.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a law, business/economics degree—ideally with a focus on human resources—or a comparable field of study.
- Confident user of MS Office.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Enjoys providing proactive support.
- Business-fluent German and good English skills.
