About the role

  • You will support the Partner Academy team in expanding and managing the Supplier Qualification business area.
  • You will also participate in handling subprojects and contribute your ideas for new solution approaches.
  • In addition, you will help coordinate subprocesses in customer support and liaise with process partners.
  • You will assist with the regular updating of our training product portfolio.
  • You will collaborate with learning product managers and internal departments to develop and deliver educational products, including the technical implementation of self-paced learning formats using various authoring tools.
  • You will support the design of communication campaigns, particularly by optimizing and updating intranet and web page content.
  • You will prepare committee presentations and reports.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Economics or a comparable field of study.
  • Ideally, initial practical or theoretical experience in project management.
  • Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Service-oriented mindset as well as strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Business-fluent German and good English skills.
