About the role

  • You will support the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards and detailed reports to ensure transparent and effective quality monitoring.
  • You will contribute to the design and implementation of pilot projects in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
  • You will assist in the analysis, preparation and optimization of quality data, and in producing meaningful reports and presentations.
  • You will help organize and run technical presentations and workshops at the intersection of digitalization and quality.
  • You will provide coordinated support for committee management and moderation, including the preparation and follow-up of meetings (agenda and minutes creation).

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Informatics or a comparable IT-focused field of study.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis and data visualization and a basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
  • Practical experience with BI tools, in particular Oracle APEX, and solid knowledge of SQL and working with relational databases.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Structured working style and strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
