About the role

  • You contribute to the development and communication of product portfolios – creatively, thoughtfully, and in line with the brand.
  • You support our team with operational and administrative tasks and gain intensive insight into day-to-day operations at an international premium company.
  • You work closely with Marketing, Product Management, and Pricing departments and act as a direct contact for our BMW & MINI dealer organization.
  • You prepare analyses, presentations, and decision-making materials for management.
  • You contribute topics to our Aftersales newsletter, collaborate closely with the Communications intern, and provide mutual support.
  • You handle communications with the dealer network and serve as the verbal interface to various stakeholders in Munich.
  • You assist with brochures, campaigns, and events and actively shape our marketing message.
  • You support the planning of M Performance vehicles and help make brand emotions tangible.
  • From concept to execution, you are part of our team and actively co-design workshops for our dealer organizations to create unforgettable brand moments.

Requirements

  • Completed or ongoing degree program.
  • Strong interest in the BMW & MINI brands.
  • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Native-level German and proficiency in English.
  • Good numerical understanding and analytical skills.
  • Self-initiative, organizational talent, and strong communication skills.
  • Willingness to take responsibility and contribute ideas.
