About the role
- You will support our application codebase by reviewing existing projects, writing library modules and conducting integration tests.
- Furthermore, you help to research and test strategies for knowledge retrieval and search.
- In addition, you contribute to adapting and aligning language models and embeddings to specific use cases using advanced prompt and finetuning techniques.
- Moreover, you will assist in designing, implementing and testing data preprocessing strategies.
- You help to collect and implement customer feedback for your solutions.
- Furthermore, you support communication and presentation of your work and ongoing developments in the LLM area within the team and the AI network.
Requirements
- Studies in computer science, mathematics, machine learning or a related field.
- Experience with modern software development and tools such as GitHub, IDEs, agile models and Linux bash.
- Strong practical experience in Python programming.
- Solid knowledge of deep learning and natural language processing fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major LLM open source framework such as LangChain or Llama-Index.
- Analytical problem-solving skills and motivation to support independently.
- Very good German and English skills.
