About the role
- You will support project management tasks for Rolls‑Royce within the technology cluster for Exterior and Interior.
- Support in organizing, planning and moderating committees and meetings.
- Ensure that all relevant stakeholders are actively involved.
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations, scheduling coordination and change management.
- Gain insights into all phases of vehicle development — from the concept phase to series production.
- Participate in developing and implementing ideas to increase efficiency and quality in project management, particularly in the context of digitalization (e.g., SharePoint).
- Support the design and further development of end-to-end processes and standards in vehicle project management.
- Assist in planning, coordinating and facilitating workshops.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a comparable field.
- Confident user of MS Office.
- Experience in project management desirable.
- Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate or Power BI is an advantage.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Driving license class B.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
