About the role
- You support project management tasks, particularly scheduling and coordinating interfaces along the Synchro plan.
- You also contribute to the planning, control and organization of the vehicle project at the sub-cluster level for Exterior and Interior.
- Furthermore, you help prepare and facilitate management meetings and workshops, including reporting and committee management.
- You also assist in the digitalization and optimization of processes, including developing and maintaining dashboards and digital applications to present project KPIs.
- You will have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas to the digitalization process (e.g., SharePoint) and help implement them.
- Additionally, you participate in the design and implementation of consistent project management approaches and standards with a focus on agile methods.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a comparable field.
- Proficient with MS Office, especially Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power Apps.
- Project management experience is desirable.
- Valid driving license (Class B).
- Hands-on mentality and a structured approach to work.
- Business-fluent German and good English skills.
