About the role
- A varied and dynamic working environment — partly in the office and partly directly on the production floor.
- Work as part of a young, dynamic team with a diverse range of tasks.
- Gain exciting insights into the production system of an internationally active automotive manufacturer.
- Independently and methodically conduct time studies to analyze and optimize work processes.
- Support the identification and implementation of process improvements.
- Contribute to engaging projects in production management and industrial engineering.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering/Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field of study.
- Initial practical experience or interest in time study methods such as MTM and REFA is an advantage.
- Confident presence, high degree of independence, initiative, and willingness to learn.
- Strong team and communication skills.
- Proficient use of digital tools and MS Office applications.
- Excellent written and spoken German is required.
