About the role
- Support cooperation and alignment between business functions and IT teams regarding request management.
- Contribute to technical/functional development and support of IT applications focused on graphic design for Confluence and JIRA.
- Assist project planning and coordination.
- Implement small business requests including documentation and operational support.
- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements (agile/lean).
- Create presentations and communication documents using Corporate Identity standards.
- Provide support for projects over various areas.
- Perform tasks related to the agile transformation roadmap.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or similar field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, PowerBI.
- Analytical mind open to innovative ideas.
- Ideally with an IT background.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
- Must attach a copy of unofficial transcript.
- Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
