About the role

  • Participate in process improvement in the HR Service Center.
  • Support Plant Spartanburg associate payroll per agreed upon deadlines.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and initial hiring paperwork.
  • Lead process improvement activities.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting, Finance or Information Technology.
  • Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Analytical skills.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • At least 30 credit hours completed at the time of application.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
