About the role
- Participate in process improvement in the HR Service Center.
- Support Plant Spartanburg associate payroll per agreed upon deadlines.
- Conduct new hire orientations and initial hiring paperwork.
- Lead process improvement activities.
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Accounting, Finance or Information Technology.
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Analytical skills.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
- At least 30 credit hours completed at the time of application.
- Ability to work full-time on-site (40 hours / week).
