About the role

  • Encourage cooperation and alignment between business functions and IT Teams.
  • Support for project planning, steering, and coordination.
  • Run own small projects including documentation, evaluating, problem solving, and reporting.
  • Help identify, design, and implement internal process improvements (agile/lean).
  • Create presentations and communication documents using Corporate Identity standards.
  • Support with major projects spanning over the whole plant (Inbound Strategy and Vehicle Launch projects).

Requirements

  • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or similar field.
  • Demonstrated written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mind that is open to innovative ideas.
  • Ideally with some IT background.
  • German skills are advantageous.
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Enrolled student status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at the time of application.
  • Able to work full-time on-site (40 hours/week).
