About the role

  • The Accounting Intern will assist with Data Analysis and General Accounting tasks, which includes mastering procedures, compiling reports, and conducting presentations for Management.
  • The Accounting Intern will be responsible for aiding in Data Analysis and General Accounting responsibilities, which encompasses acquiring knowledge of processes, creating reports, and presenting findings to Management.
  • The intern will carry out general accounting responsibilities, overseeing Accounts Payable, and tracking and reporting Key Performance Indicators.
  • Additionally, they will complete the Fixed Asset capitalization process and produce audit lists.
  • They will also perform account reconciliations as needed.
  • Monitors and reports efficiencies gained in projects.
  • Review and develop digitalization process efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Pursuing undergraduate business-related degree
  • Microsoft Office
  • Detail Oriented
  • Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major).
  • Have full-time status at an accredited four-year college or university in the United States.
  • Completed at least 30 credit hours at time of application.
  • Ability to complete 3 alternating work terms for Co-op positions.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours / week).
  • Transfer students must have a GPA from current university.
  • MUST ATTACH A COPY OF UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT.
  • Complete and pass a substance abuse test before the work term.
