About the role
- You will provide administrative support for the Group Compliance Operations area in current projects.
- You will also contribute to the overall governance of the BMW Group Compliance Management System with a focus on sustainably embedding it across the organization.
- In addition, you will assist the team with development initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvements as well as the consistent implementation of tools and methods.
- You will also support collaboration with business units, prepare presentation materials for management, and assist with scheduling and running meetings and workshops.
Requirements
- Advanced studies in economics, cultural studies, law, business psychology, or a comparable degree program.
- Initial practical experience in compliance, consulting, or change management is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Business-fluent German and good English skills.
