About the role

  • You support our team in communications and cross-project networking within an international corporate environment.
  • You contribute to the analysis of business metrics, preparation of KPIs and derivation of actions in the marketing area.
  • You help create and edit content such as presentations, articles and stakeholder updates, and support communication concepts for internal and external channels.
  • You assist in implementing data-driven sales and aftersales use cases and visualizing processes in the automotive environment.
  • You support stakeholder management, prepare regular meetings and reviews, document decisions and track action items.
  • You contribute to project support, help with project set-up, schedules, risk considerations, and maintain Confluence/SharePoint as well as quality assurance of artifacts.
  • You also assist in preparing, running and following up on employee events and participate in modern communication formats such as podcasts or videos — from concept development to post-production.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Automotive Management, Automotive and Mobility Economics, Technical Business Administration (with an automotive focus), Automotive Engineering, Mobility Management or a comparable field — ideally at master’s level.
  • Technical understanding of digitalization topics such as data, interfaces and process logic, and interest in automotive (sales/aftersales).
  • Initial experience from communications or media studies or demonstrable practical experience in producing editorial content.
  • Confident use of PowerPoint and modern media formats, with a feel for visual and editorial storytelling.
  • Strong project management skills, structured working style, high initiative, quick comprehension and an eye for quality and detail.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
