About the role

  • You will support the development and implementation of the BMW Customer Support strategy.
  • You will also accompany organizational changes and our transformation during the planning and implementation phases.
  • In addition, you will assist with trend and competitive analyses.
  • You will contribute to the coordination, management and preparation of deliverables from specialist departments for top-management committees.
  • You will support collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across all levels of the organization on strategic topics.

Requirements

  • Enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Interest in technology and digitalization topics and their integration into our business strategy.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
  • High degree of flexibility, initiative, above-average commitment and team spirit.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
  • Very proficient with Office 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
