About the role
- You will support the development and implementation of the BMW Customer Support strategy.
- You will also accompany organizational changes and our transformation during the planning and implementation phases.
- In addition, you will assist with trend and competitive analyses.
- You will contribute to the coordination, management and preparation of deliverables from specialist departments for top-management committees.
- You will support collaboration with interdisciplinary teams across all levels of the organization on strategic topics.
Requirements
- Enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration or a related field.
- Interest in technology and digitalization topics and their integration into our business strategy.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
- High degree of flexibility, initiative, above-average commitment and team spirit.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Very proficient with Office 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
