Events

• You support the planning and implementation of measures to attract new brand fans and strengthen customer loyalty.
• You also contribute to the design, organization, execution and follow-up of event formats — both offline and online.
• Additionally, you help address different target groups, e.g., members of the BMW Excellence Club and participants in BMW’s prospect support program.
• You assist with coordination with internal stakeholders such as Brand Communications and Interaction Management (CRM).
• You collaborate on alignment with agencies and service providers and support vehicle handling.
• You also have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and work with us to create positive customer experiences.
