About the role
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Analyse and validate requirements to ensure alignment with business needs

- Influence stakeholders at all levels through excellent communication skills

Requirements
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- In-depth qualifications in Business and Systems Analysis
- PRINCE2 or PMP, Agile, SCRUM qualifications are desirable
- Training in Lean Six Sigma and Continuous Process Improvement methods preferred
- Proven track record in financial services, preferably within the automotive sector
- Ability to challenge the status quo and demonstrate speed to competence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curiosity to learn more about the business
- Results-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Broad exposure to business areas within Financial Services, including knowledge of systems, processes, and strategy.
