About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Play a key role in driving automation, digital transformation and continuous improvement across the Finance function
  • Help modernise financial processes through effective use of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Microsoft Power Platform, IFS Cloud, Power BI and Data Warehouse solutions
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial activities
  • Design and implement automated workflows
  • Support the wider finance team with reporting templates, management and treasury reporting, budget preparation and audit activities
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proactive and analytically minded finance professional
  • Strong interest in technology, automation and continuous improvement
  • Solid understanding of core finance principles: profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow and reconciliations
  • Comfortable working with financial reporting, management accounts, audit activities and data analysis
  • Experience using digital tools to automate processes and enhance productivity
  • Experience within project-based or long-term contract environments would be advantageous
  • Confident to investigate issues, challenge outputs and drive improvements
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in digital tools
