This role sits at the intersection of core financial operations and continuous improvement. It will oversee key automated Financial Accounting processes and ensure correct governance while actively seeking further opportunities to automate, streamline, and modernize how the finance function operates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

To be successful in this role, you should be:
- Degree-qualified in accounting or finance, with strong ERP systems and advanced Excel capability
- Proven experience improving finance processes, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to engage effectively with financial and non-financial stakeholders
- Collaborative and discreet, with sound judgement and ability to build trusted relationships
- Exposure to automation (e.g. Power Automate, Claude), data visualization (e.g. Power BI), and digital transformation environments
