Program Manager – Energy
BMT. The purpose of the role of Program Manager is to support their Program Director in the identification of opportunities, winning work and delivering outcomes to clients to achieve the Program’s objectives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The purpose of the role of Program Manager is to support their Program Director in the identification of opportunities, winning work and delivering outcomes to clients to achieve the Program’s objectives.
- The Program Manager will be expected to support their Program area and the broader regional team in achieving their targets through business management, business development, project management, program management, client management, technical execution, maintenance of knowledge, and support to capability activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Ocean Engineering, or in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or other related Engineering field.
- An engineering degree, Technical diploma, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Proficient user of the Microsoft 365 suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Task Boards, Teams)
- Proficiency at using Apps within Teams
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience managing Projects
- The ability to obtain Canadian security clearance
- Demonstrated team participation
- Project Management certifications
- Experience in product development
