About the role

  • Screen resumes and source candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
  • Conduct one-on-one interviews in person or online.
  • Manage internal HR processes, such as document control, employee records, and reporting.
  • Support facilities activities, such as organizing internal events, coordinating with vendors, and handling office operational requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection (internship or junior-level role).
  • Familiarity with online recruitment tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
