About the role
- Build and run the First Line of Defense program for managing AI initiatives across U.S. Banking.
- Establish and maintain the U.S. AI Governance framework aligned with enterprise Model/Non-Model standards.
- Define lightweight, practical processes for AI intake, review, documentation, and monitoring with human oversight.
- Build and maintain a centralized inventory of AI tools, use cases, and automation solutions across U.S. business units.
- Implement human-in-the-loop review steps and operational controls that ensure safe use of AI tools.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting for inventory completeness, risk posture, and governance outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong program, process, or risk management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, adapt quickly, and improve workflows using technology.
- Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills.
- Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing ambiguity in emerging programs.
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, operational risk, or model risk concepts (not deep expertise).
