About the role

  • Process various daily events and research reconciliations and reporting
  • Provide support and deliver specific operational processes to ensure timely and accurate settlement of transactions
  • Support for specialized operations - Asset Servicing, Correspondent Banking Services, and Wire Payment Operations hub
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory topics and reporting requirements
  • Gather and format data into regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives

Requirements

  • Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge and experience using relevant systems and technology
  • Experience with Corporate Actions and Broadridge is an asset
  • Knowledge of the risk and regulatory requirements of the business
  • PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Good
