About the role

  • - Prospect new clients and manage a pipeline of new accounts
  • - Acquire new clients, negotiate, and sell the BMLL vision to all new clients
  • - Generate a pipeline and manage of leads from lead generation to contract execution
  • - Conduct detailed research and analysis of prospective clients to understand their requirements and align the BMLL solution suite accordingly.
  • - Relay prospective client feedback to the Product Team to ensure that development is in line with their needs
  • - Mentor, coach and develop junior sales team members

Requirements

  • - Successful track record of generating significant new business revenue through sales
  • - Strong personal network within the EMEA Hedge Fund & Prop Trading community is a must.
  • - Experience in structuring, driving, negotiating, and closing large ticket size contracts (>$250k - $1m ACV) with sophisticated sales to solve complex problems, and displacing competitors.
  • - Working knowledge of cloud data and technology infrastructure
  • - Knowledge of hedge fund structures and trading strategies
  • - Solid networking and relationship development skills amongst some of the most senior, respected and high-profile names in the investment management industry
  • - Ability to deliver an effective pitch and technology demonstration to customers while actively listening to customer needs, concerns and goals
  • - Work collaboratively with the client, internal departments as well as external partners to deliver exceptional customer experience with every project
  • - Data/Fintech/Solutions sales to the hedge fund & proprietary trading community
  • - Managed full client procurement and vendor onboarding process
  • - Senior specialist in sales, business development and leadership
