About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a link between business units, the advertising agency and the internal creative team, ensuring the planning, development and implementation of Banco Bmg's institutional communication initiatives.
- Provide support to internal areas of the bank by understanding needs and turning requests into clear, structured briefs.
- Serve as the main interface between internal stakeholders and the advertising agency for institutional communication and social media requests.
- Manage the flow of requests with the internal creative team, tracking timelines, approvals and deliveries.
- Plan and monitor the institutional content calendar for social media.
- Ensure communications align with brand strategy, positioning and institutional guidelines.
- Support the development of presentations, announcements and institutional materials.
- Monitor content performance metrics and generate insights to optimize strategies.
- Identify communication opportunities across business areas and proactively propose topics.
- Support the management of the area's suppliers and partners.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or related fields.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple concurrent requests.
- Proactive, collaborative profile with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable building relationships and working in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to communication, content creation, productivity and project management.
- Interest in digital trends, innovation and new technologies applied to marketing and communication.
- Differentials / Nice-to-haves:
- Experience managing corporate social media channels.
- Previous experience in agency account service, corporate communications, branding or marketing.
- Experience interfacing with advertising agencies and vendors.
- Knowledge of branding, reputation and institutional communication.
- Experience in large companies or in the financial sector.
- Experience with generative AI tools for text, image and video.
